I am incredibly grateful to be a doula. I have practiced for over 6 years now but attended my first birth at just 12 years old. It has been a life long journey and a labor of love to be where I am today. I am honored to be a part of something so miraculous and important, bringing new life into the world! I offer the warmest welcome to you and hope that we get to meet each other soon.

 

As a mom of 3, I understand the importance of feeling safe and fully supported by your birth team. My goal is to help expecting parents to become empowered with knowledge and information so that they can make confident decisions that align with their own values and beliefs.

 

From the moment we begin our journey together, I will be available 24/7 to offer gentle and nurturing care. While making sure to only provide grounded, (and updated) evidence-based information.

 

I support you and the way you want to birth your baby, no matter what that looks like. Home, Hospital or anything in between! 

 

Birth is a sacred and transformative experience.

 

Together, we’ll create a birth that feels peaceful, authentic, and truly yours. One that you will look back on and remember how truly incredible you, your partner and baby are!

• Prenatal Support: Together, we’ll explore your hopes, wishes, and options for your birth, ensuring you feel confident and informed about every decision along the way.

 

• Labor & Birth Support: I will be there with you in labor, offering physical comfort, emotional reassurance, and continuous advocacy to ensure your experience is as calm and empowered as possible.

 

• Postpartum Care: In the days following your baby’s birth, I provide support to help you adjust and heal physically and emotionally, nurturing your transition into new parenthood with care and understanding.

 

• Holistic Techniques: From natural pain relief methods to breathing techniques and positioning, I provide a range of tools to help you stay comfortable and focused throughout your labor.
