​Hello! My name is Rebecca Duerr (pronounced DO-err). I am the founder of Mindful Family Wellness, and a Certified Labor Doula, postpartum doula, Certified HypnoBirthing® Childbirth Educator, Certified Placenta Arts Specialist, and Integrative and Functional Nutritionist. I live in the Charlotte/Lake Norman NC area with my husband, 4 daughters, and lots of fur babies.

As you will notice on my website, I offer a number of different services. I provide doula support, birth education classes, placenta processing services and s a NC Licensed Nutritionist, I provide integrative and functional nutrition counseling for the entire family.  The beauty of providing these services is that I can help you in one area or in many. I can see you or your family for nutritional guidance. I can see you for pregnancy and birth support, as a doula. Or we can combine these services. The possibilities are endless.

Rebecca has a Master's of Science in Nutrition and Integrative Health, from the Maryland University of Integrative Health (MS).  She is a North Carolina Licensed Nutritionist (LN) and a Board Certified Nutrition Specialist (CNS).  She is also a CAPPA certified labor doula (CLD), APPA certified Placenta Arts Specialist (APPA-C) and HypnoBirthing® Certified Childbirth Educator (HBCBE).
